As a Legal Advisor in Social Law: You monitor social legislation and legal updates, translating them into practical advice. You answer client and colleague questions about HR, payroll, and social law. You draft model documents and legal texts. You prepare training sessions for clients and colleagues (both content and practical organization). Over time, you will deliver these sessions yourself. You maintain contacts with key people and organizations. You contribute to larger projects that support clients. The Legal Team You'll join a small but dynamic Legal Department of three colleagues (Janne, Maaike, and Sophie). The team is self-managing, with plenty of space for autonomy and initiative. You'll build a warm, collegial network with your teammates. Depending on the case, you'll collaborate with colleagues from the Legal team and/or Payroll Services. For larger projects, you'll report directly with your team to the Managing Director, Stijn. Bachelor in Legal Practice or Master in Law with a strong interest in social law. Motivation and eagerness to learn matter more than experience; we provide thorough onboarding and all necessary training. Curious, proactive, and open to new knowledge and skills. Accurate, solution-oriented, and clear in communication. Team player who actively contributes to a positive team spirit. Excellent knowledge of Dutch and good knowledge of French. Familiar with common computer applications.
