Mission of the Role
Edenred islooking for a Partner Performance Officer as part of their Merchants team. As a Partner Performance Officer you will be in charge of piloting the e-commerce performance of the Edenred Engagement Platform to increase the buying power of the employees of our clients. They partner with big companies, global & local well know brands.
Your Responsibilities as a Partner Performance Officer
* Produce proactively reports and analyses to support partner growth and performance
* Support the Head of Partnership in defining the budget and measuring the delivery of the objectives
* Support the Sales Team activities with :
o Sales forecast
o Sector analysis to improve our offer
o Measure media campaign performance
o Collection of relevant Market data to enrich sectorial analysis
* Support the Partner Media Officer with :
o Insights and analysis to define success cases.
o AB testings campaigns & ad hoc campaigns
o Optimalization of Partners marketing campaigns (ROAS, cost of acquisition…)
o Tracking of consumers behavior on the platform to improve the full conversion funnel
* Collaborate with the Pricing Officer on :
o Defining the best discount according to client typology – catalogue management
o Define media pricing
* Maintain & improve Power BI reporting tool and provide analysis for reporting, business follow-up & partners reporting.
* Train the Merchant Engagement team on data usage and create relevant templates according to stakeholders.
* Prepare Business reviews and deep dive meeting with “ad hoc” analysis
* Propose UX improvements of the Edenred Engagement platform.

The Ideal Partner Performance Officer
* You hold a Bachelor’s degree
* You have at least 2 years experience as business analyst or similar function by preference in a B2B environment
* You are fluent in French or Dutch with an basic knowledge of the other language.
* You have at least an intermediate level in English.
* You demonstrate strong affinity with data & you have excellent analytical skills.
* Knowledge of CRM, Airtable, Piano and other software is considered a plus
* You have a strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing and media.
* You are a real team player and you want to share your experience with your colleagues
