At Mercedes-Benz Group Services Madrid, we’re looking for a new teammate to join our HR team on a temporary basis.
As part of the Recruiting team, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes across the company. We hire diverse profiles, mainly within Finance and IT, giving you exposure to dynamic and strategic roles.
🎯 What will your responsibilities be?
* CV screening
* Active sourcing through LinkedIn & InfoJobs
* Conducting interviews
* Managing the full hiring and onboarding process
* Providing interview feedback
* Offer management, follow-up and documentation
* Onboarding process
* Offboarding and exit interviews
* Participation in job fairs and employer branding events
🔍 What are we looking for?
* 2-4 years of experience in recruitment
* Proven experience in active sourcing via LinkedIn
* Fluency in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills
* A resilient and committed professional who understands urgency vs. importance and plans accordingly
* People- and client-oriented mindset, proactive and eager to keep learning
* Comfortable working under pressure with high recruitment volumes
