The Finance Business Partner provides financial insights, analysis, and guidance to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance. You act as a liaison between finance and operational teams to ensure operating plans align with business strategies and financial targets.
As Finance Business Partner, you will:
1. Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, aligning operating plans with business strategies and financial targets;
2. Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to improve profitability, cost management and operational efficiency;
3. Support management with clear reporting and KPI monitoring;
4. Partner with operational teams to align financial and business objectives;
5. Drive cost optimization and profitability improvements;
6. Evaluate potential investments, projects and capital expenditures through robust financial modelling;
7. Ensure compliance and manage financial risks;
8. Improve and streamline financial processes.

What You Bring
9. Proven experience in business controlling;
10. Strong financial analysis, modelling, and forecasting skills;
11. Analytical mindset and strong problemsolving abilities;
12. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management;
13. A collaborative, proactive, and businessminded approach;
14. Fluency in Dutch and English is required; French is a plus;
15. Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent;
16. Experience with financial systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 F&O, Power BI, Excel).
