You will join a well-established, international company operating across Europe with a strong financial function and cross-border collaboration.About the RoleThe role plays a critical part in supporting strategic decision-making through the delivery of accurate forecasts, financial planning, and performance analysis. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including actuarial, underwriting, and senior finance stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and planning modelsConduct variance analysis and provide meaningful financial insights to leadershipBuild and automate management reporting using tools like Power BI and ExcelSupport internal and external financial reporting processes across multiple entitiesDeliver segment-level analysis for Property & Casualty and Marine-related business linesContribute to strategic finance projects and continuous improvement initiativesWork collaboratively with other finance professionals to align processes and drive best practicesQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business AdministrationMinimum 5 years’ experience in a financial analysis or planning role, ideally in a corporate or insurance environmentSolid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standardsProficiency with financial systems (e.g. Oracle, CODA) and data tools (e.g. Power BI, advanced Excel)Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across hybrid teamsFluent in English (French or Dutch is a plus)Required SkillsFinancial analysis and planningAccounting principlesFinancial reporting standardsProficiency in financial systems and data toolsStrong communication and collaboration skillsPreferred SkillsExperience in a corporate or insurance environmentFluency in French or DutchPay range and compensation packageA highly competitive salary of 80,000€ - 100,000€ with full benefits (bonus, company car, meal vouchers, insurance,etc.)Up to three days of remote work per week for better work-life balanceCareer development opportunities and internal mobility supportSustainable commuting support including bike leasing options
