As Practice Lead SAP Transformations, you’ll play a crucial role in our SAP transformation offerings and lead high-impact programs and projects for clients across industries such as life sciences, consumer goods, and manufacturing.
You have a strategic leadership role: you are responsible for shaping and growing our SAP practice focused on SAP transformation projects.
You will lead our engagement in end-to-end SAP transformation projects, collaborating with clients and system integrators to ensure delivery excellence.
You oversee project scopes, timelines, budgets, resource planning, and customer accounts.
You will foster strong client and partner relationships and drive new business opportunities. You drive business growth through tailored solutions, thought leadership, and expanding our client base.
You build and nurture the SAP practice, developing methodologies, tools, and best practices. You lead and mentor project managers, consultants, and delivery teams, fostering a high-performance environment rooted in collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.
You ensure the successful execution of complex SAP transformation initiatives.
You identify new sales opportunities within existing and prospective clients, supporting proposal development, bid responses, and contract negotiations. You translate technical solutions into compelling value propositions aligned with client business goals.
You foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, process owners, IT teams, and external consultants. You effectively communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring alignment between business needs and project objectives.
You are able to identify which stakeholders should be involved and impacted during different project stages and how to translate “change” into “chance”.
You assume a coaching role and guide your team towards their goals. You take full responsibility for the project and keep track of deliverables, milestones, resources, and costs.
You help envision the bigger picture and have an eye for future opportunities to further serve the client.
You act as the bridge between the client and our team of consultants and data analysts to meet mutual expectations at all times.

About you
You hold a master’s degree in engineering, economics, supply chain management, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
You have at least 10 years of experience in delivering large-scale SAP transformation projects, preferably with a focus on S/4HANA in supply chain domains.
You have in-depth knowledge of SAP modules & ecosystem related to supply chain management, such as MM, PP, SD, WM, and SCM, with a focus on business process configuration.
You are able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess an analytical mindset. You pose the right questions and are able to quickly translate answers into tangible results.
You have strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing teams and driving organizational growth. You’re a strong communicator, both towards your team and clients.
You have demonstrable success in pre-sales, business development, and client relationship management.
You’re fluent in English.
