With different legal entities over Belgium, France and Luxembourg and around 40 employees, Kitry supports companies through innovative digital tools in a sector that combines technology, health and safety impact .
Founded over 20 years ago, the company recently entered a new phase following its acquisition by Vortex Capital Partners, a private equity fund specialising in SMEs.
Kitry Group is now entering an exciting structuring and scaling phase .
To support this transformation, we are recruiting a Head of Finance & Administration who will modernise the finance function, implement an ERP, and bring strong financial visibility to support the company’s growth.
This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to the CEO, Board and investors .
Your mission
As Head of Finance & Administration, you will take ownership of the entire finance and administrative scope of the company while driving the digital transformation of finance processes.
You will work closely with the CEO, investors and management team to structure the finance function and support strategic decision-making.
This is a hands-on role combining operational ownership and strategic impact .
Your key responsibilities
You will oversee the full financial operations of the company:
* Monthly and quarterly financial reporting
* Customer invoicing and payment management
* Coordination of general and analytical accounting
* Budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management
* Coordination with external accounting firms (Belgium and France)
* Ensuring accuracy and reliability of financial data
Financial governance & stakeholder management
You will act as the key financial partner for leadership and investors:
* Preparation of board and investor reporting
* Interaction with banks and financial partners
* Support to the CEO on financial strategy and decision-making
* Contribution to financial governance and board discussions
A key part of your role will be to modernise the finance organisation :
* Lead the selection of an ERP on-going for an Odoo-like tool
* Define requirements and coordinate implementation
* Develop dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI / analytics)
* Improve financial visibility and performance monitoring
Procurement & contract management
* Oversight of procurement and supplier contracts
* Monitoring financial commitments and renewals (SaaS tools, services)
* Implementation of structured and cost-efficient processes
HR administration & team coordination
You will oversee administrative operations including:
* Payroll coordination and HR administration
* Personnel contracts and administrative follow-up
* Management of a 1 administrative support team member & coordination of external partners/ suppliers
* Streamlining internal administrative processes
Your profile
We are looking for a hands-on finance leader who enjoys building structure in growing companies.
Experience
* Master's degree or equivalent
* Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, audit, controlling or advisory
* Background in finance or audit
* Fluent in French & English
* Experience in Big4 / audit / financial advisory is a strong plus
* Previous roles such as:
* Finance Manager
* Head of Controlling
* Finance Director in an SME
* Experience with ERP implementation or finance transformation projects
* Experience in SaaS / software environments is a plus (MRR, ARR, subscription models)
