Following our partnership with Decathlon, we aim to become a global leader in eBike motor technology within the next decade. We have successfully launched our first-generation motors and are currently developing second-generation drive units. osity who are eager to develop expertise in transmission elements and contribute to shaping our next-generation eBike motors and gearbox systems. You will participate in the design, analysis, and validation of compact, high-efficiency, durable powertrains that redefine the cycling experience.
Your main responsibilities:
* Utilize SolidWorks or similar software to create 3D models and assemblies.
* Generate detailed engineering drawings.
* Engage proactively with suppliers to optimize component designs for manufacturing.
* Actively participate in design reviews.
* Support the mechanical assembly of drive units in the workshop during prototyping.
* Lead unit testing of designed components and troubleshoot issues in development.
What will make you successful?
* Master's degree in Engineering or a specialized discipline in mechanical design.
* At least 3 to 4 years of relevantexperience.
* Proficiency in CAD modeling and creating detailed engineering drawings.
* Strong knowledge and at least a first professional experience with transmission elements (motors, gears, bearings, shafts, press-fits, etc.) and related mechanical loads.
* Familiarity with various industrial manufacturing methods and "Design for Manufacturing" principles (especially plastic injection molding and aluminum die-casting) is a plus.
* Deep understanding of GD&T standards with the ability to create clear and comprehensive drawings.
* Fluency in English and ideally an understanding of French.
