We're looking for a smart, driven, and detail-oriented
Junior Product Manager
to support the development and optimisation of our
in-house gaming content
. This role sits in the
Gaming Content Creation
product area and is all about helping bring new games to life - from early ideas and hypothesis validation using prototypes through to launch, iteration, and long-term performance.

You'll work closely with two other
Product Managers, game designers, developers, researchers, QA, analysts and commercial stakeholders
to help build engaging, innovative, and high-performing games and features that are tailored to our local markets and loved by players.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their product career to gain hands-on experience building games and making a real impact in a fast-paced, fun and dynamic industry.

What you'll be doing:

* Support the Product team in the development and delivery of new in-house games (from concept to release).
* Turn new opportunities and ideas into clear hypotheses, working with Research and Experimentation teams to validate them using both qualitative and quantitative data, and recommend whether they should progress into development.
* Collaborate with game designers, developers and stakeholders to turn ideas into clear user stories and requirements.
* Assist in managing the product backlog, writing Product Requirement Documents, and prioritising work in alignment with player value and business goals.
* Help track delivery progress, provide monthly Content Creation product updates, remove blockers, and support release readiness (QA, bug triage, UAT, launch support).
* Organise meetings, rituals and documentation to help the Product Manager drive progress on high-priority work.
* Conduct user interviews and player conversations, translating player feedback into clear insights and actionable product opportunities.
* Assist with analysing game performance and reporting by extracting insights from dashboards and, with training and support, learning to write SQL queries directly in Snowflake to identify optimisation opportunities
* Conduct competitor research and monitor market trends (new mechanics, features, UX patterns, themes).
* Champion the voice of the customer across the product lifecycle - making sure what we build is fun, clear, and compelling.

What we're looking for:

* Proactive and curious mindset, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn quickly
* Passion for either games, game mechanics, product development or player experience
* Great communication skills and confidence working with diverse teams (design, dev, QA, analytics, commercial)
* Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Ambitious, hands-on, and naturally good at problem solving
* Bonus (not required): familiarity with agile ways of working, live product iteration, or game development processes
