Senior Product Manager Codabox role at Wolters Kluwer
Within the Tax & Accounting division (TAA) the senior product manager Codabox will define and develop the Codabox service, an AI-powered solution that automatically sends invoices, bank, payroll, and credit card statements into accounting software to eliminate manual paperwork.
The main focus will be to extend the functional scope, expand into new markets, and rethink the value proposition. You will work on a project that is considered an important revenue contributor of the organization.
Collaboration is key: you will work closely with the software development team, customer care and support teams, and report to the Codabox value stream manager.
Base location is the office in Leuven, with the opportunity to work up to 3 days a week from home.
Responsibilities
Conduct in‐depth analysis and research to identify the business needs of accountants and SMEs.
Define and evolve the Customer Value Proposition (CVP) based on insights, market research, and competitive analysis.
Ensure the CVP clearly communicates differentiated product value, guides feature prioritisation and aligns cross‐functional teams.
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to prioritise and develop a robust innovation roadmap that drives business growth.
Define high‐level product requirements and collaborate with Product Owners to ensure product‐market fit.
Contribute to forecasting, monetisation and positioning strategies for new product concepts, ensuring market fit and financial viability.
Become the subject‐matter expert of our Codabox data solution, monitor product performance, and suggest improvements.
Contribute to strategic product planning and vision.
Qualifications
Bachelor's / master's degree in business, technology or an equivalent by work experience.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Fluency in English; fluency in Dutch and French is also required for customer interactions.
Solid background in accounting and API‐based or SaaS products.
Ability to work in a complex environment and document complex product needs.
Flexibility and resilience to cope with change.
Capability to discuss technical requirements and constraints with the development team.
Effective communication of business benefits to marketing, sales and management.
Ownership mindset to achieve milestones.
Skilled in interpreting data to make informed decisions.
Location
Leuven – Hybrid schedule, up to 3 days a week from home.
