Working Hours
* Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
* Weekends off
Salary & Bonuses
* 1,300€ gross/month (14 payments)
* Welcome Bonus: 3,000€ (German speakers)
o Paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year
o Payment depends on <6% unjustified absenteeism
o Not part of fixed monthly salary

Role Overview
Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable processes in an international finance environment, ensuring accurate transactions and excellent customer support.
Requirements
* Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or similar
* 6+ months experience in O2C / AR / Finance Ops (2–5 years a plus)
* Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables preferred)
* ERP knowledge (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite is a plus)
* Fluent German & Advanced English (C1)
* Detail-oriented, analytical, customer-focused
