The Opportunity

In this highly specialised role, you will serve as the designated Responsible for Information and Publicity (RIP) for Belgium, ensuring all local pharmaceutical promotional activities strictly align with regional regulatory and compliance standards.

• Acting as the Belgian RIP: Serve as the legally designated person responsible for the compliance of all pharmaceutical promotional activities within the Belgian market.
• Promotional Material Review: Thoroughly review and approve or reject marketing materials, sales aids, websites, emails, and presentations to ensure absolute compliance with Belgian regulations and approved product information.
• Strategic Regulatory Support: Provide expert guidance to cross-functional marketing and medical teams on compliant communication boundaries and support local Belgian affiliate activities.
• Project-Based Lifecycle Management: Offer adaptive support for multiple product lines or upcoming launches as client projects expand.

What Do You Need

• Location: Must be physically located in Belgium to fulfill the legal RIP requirement.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related regulatory/scientific field.
• Experience: Proven track record in Belgian regulatory affairs and promotional compliance, with direct experience acting as a designated RIP.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of Belgian pharmaceutical advertising laws, regulatory compliance frameworks, and documentation standards.
