About the People, Culture and Organization (PCO) Team
The People, Culture and Organization team is a strategic partner in shaping Innovad Group's long-term performance. We develop the organizational capabilities that allow the company to grow, adapt, and remain resilient in a changing global environment.
Our work focuses on three interconnected dimensions:
* People: Building leadership, role clarity, and career architecture to ensure the right capabilities are in place today and for the future.

* Organization: Designing structures, governance, and systems that support speed, transparency, and scalable decision-making.
Our role is to align strategy, structure, and people into a coherent organizational model. By translating strategic priorities into sustainable organizational design, we enable teams to perform effectively and leaders to steer the business with clarity and confidence.
We are seeking a PCO Process Specialist to help embed these organizational frameworks across the group and ensure they are consistently applied and continuously improved.
Your Role
Governance & Process Implementation
* Implement and maintain global PCO programs for hiring and onboarding, role levelling and career tracks, and salary band governance
* Monitor adherence, flag exceptions, and trigger action in the PCO team
* Keep documentation clear and current and publish practical how‑to guides for local HR
HR Admin Support & Enablement
* Partner with HR Admins in all locations to translate standards into local practice
* Provide playbooks, checklists, and short trainings; co‑plan rollouts and coach through the first cycles
* Collect feedback from the field and channel it back to the PCO team to refine our standards
* Cover essential HR admin in countries without an HR Admin, including onboarding documentation, contract updates, and benefits enrolment
Systems, Data, and Continuous Improvement
* Keep BambooHR accurate worldwide through routines, audits, and follow up
* Build simple reports and basic dashboards that give teams the data they need
* Spot process gaps, propose improvements, and embed learnings in the system and in the docs
You will bring
* 5+ years in HR, People Operations, or Governance
* Proven experience in process implementation and governance, working with managers, and coordinating across teams
* Very structured, reliable, and comfortable enforcing rules with respect and good judgment
* Clear communicator with low ego and high ownership
* Strong execution mindset and a bias for simple, repeatable solutions
* Tools experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS and an ability to learn fast
