Job Description
We are looking for a candidate with deep knowledge of the Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) bicycle distribution market to join our team.
The ideal candidate will build strong relationships and work closely with distribution channels, ensuring that all active partners feel part of the Megamo family while experiencing our commitment and passion firsthand.
We are seeking a passionate biker with experience in bicycle sales, a confident personality, and a solid understanding of the global bicycle market. If you can effectively partner with our dealers, guide sales forecasts, understand local markets, and champion the brand in regions where we are not directly active, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
* Achieve sales and territory targets.
* Identify and establish relationships with new distributors in BENELUX.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Megamo brand, its philosophy, and its history.
* Expand the dealer base and increase brand visibility in BENELUX.
* Create and manage a schedule of customer visits and calls within the territory.
* Coordinate orders and deliveries through Megamo's B2B platform.
* Collaborate with the marketing department to develop localized campaigns.
* Be proactive in meeting Megamo's commercial goals.
* Stay motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
* ESSENTIAL — Extensive experience in the cycling industry with well-known, relevant brands is mandatory and non-negotiable. Candidates without a strong background working for or with recognised cycling brands will not be considered.
* Proven track record in bicycle sales, in premium or performance-oriented brands.
* Residence in BENELUX with strong knowledge of the local market and industry.
* Passion for high-end road bikes, MTB, gravel, and e-bike sales.
* Professional-level English proficiency.
* Willingness to travel extensively.
* Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
