Job Description
As network engineer you manage the network components of our customers. You solve problems, advise on improvements and work out appropriate solutions. You contribute to the design of infrastructure and network components. You coordinate or are personally responsible for the technical implementations and ensure the necessary updates of the network environment. In addition, you review all technical "Network" configuration of our Azure Cloud. It will be your first mission,to make the Azure DNS compliant in terms of security and best practices (with a view to improvements in automation).
Keeping our systems running smoothly and optimally will be your ultimate goal as our Network Engineer. Your days will consist of automating and maintaining our systems as well as optimize our infrastructure and align cloud systems to always serve our business goals. You'll use your expertise in cloud platforms (AWS & Azure), automation frameworks, containerization, virtualization, networking, and security practices to drive digital transformation. Our goal is to build reliable and cost-efficient systems. As a Network Engineer, you'll make it happen by designing, implementing, and supporting scalable cloud environments, streamlining deployment processes.

You'll have knowledge and experience of the following:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant equivalent
* At least 4 years of experience as a Network Engineer
* Proficient in TCP/IP, VLAN and routing
* Management of Azure and Fortigate firewalls (including WAF)
* Azure networks: VNet, NSG and peering
* VPN Gateway, Application Gateway/Front Door and Private Link
* Azure DNS (DNS Private Resolvers) and OnPrem DNS
* Network security and best practices (including Zero Trust and Entra integration)
* Hybrid OnPrem/Cloud environments
* Automation (PowerShell, Terraform)
* Load balancing
* Security tools: Defender for Cloud, Sentinel and Azure Policy
* Certifications (Microsoft AZ-700 (Azure Network Engineer), CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet)
* Fluent in English, French and Dutch
