Job description All tasks must be performed in accordance with written procedures and safety standards. - Prepare liquid batches and recipes based on laboratory requests by selecting the right raw materials and verifying availability and quantities - Set up experiments correctly, prepare premixes, support batch production, and place materials in the oven when needed - Build, adjust, and maintain machines for Multi-Up operations, including part replacement, calibration, and issue reporting Clean equipment before, during, and after experiments while strictly following safety and chemical handling procedures - Perform quality checks such as visual inspections, basic testing, finished product verification, and pouch cutting/packing when required - Accurately document experimental data in lab notebooks and digital systems, check for irregularities, and report issues to supervisors Use digital tools and software for data capture, retrieval, and analysis while supporting test methods and routine R&D lab and pilot plant tasks Profiel We are looking for someone who is: - Extremely accurate and detail-oriented - Comfortable with a high level of responsibility - Strong in computer skills and digital tools (very important) - Fluent in English (spoken and written) — English is the working language - Able to perform physically demanding work when required (especially in batch making) - Hands-on, practical, and technically minded - A strong team player with good written and verbal communication skills - Able to build and maintain strong working relationships with R&D customers and colleagues Aanbod This is a full-time position of 39 hours per week, including 6 ADV days. You will work in a day shift from Monday to Thursday for 8 hours per day and on Friday for 7 hours per day. The exact starting time will be discussed with Procter & Gamble (P&G). In addition, meal vouchers are included. The salary is aligned with your experience, with an estimated gross monthly salary of approximately €2,400.
