About Nestia Hospitality

Nestia Hospitality is a growing hospitality group, managing hotels and group accommodations across Belgium. We specialize in offering tailored stays for (inter)national companies, groups, and event organizers. Our strength lies in flexibility, personal service, and creative solutions.

To support our continued growth, we're looking for a driven Business Developer who thrives on action, is not afraid of the phone, and knows how to turn "no" into "maybe" — and "maybe" into "yes".

Main Task

As a Business Developer, your core responsibility is generating new business through cold prospecting. You’ll actively contact potential B2B clients by phone, email, LinkedIn, and even door-to-door visits. You are the engine behind our sales pipeline — persistent, personable, and results-driven.

Your Responsibilities

* Identify and target potential clients in relevant sectors (MICE, group travel, corporate, etc.)
* Conduct high volumes of cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach
* Perform door-to-door prospecting at companies and organizations in key regions
* Qualify leads and schedule appointments or site visits
* Negotiation of contracts to maximize profitability
* Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups in our CRM
* Provide input to optimize messaging, offers, and targeting strategies

What We’re Looking For

* You’re not afraid to pick up the phone — or ring the doorbell
* Passionate for the Hotel sector
* A first experience in sales or prospecting is a plus, but your drive and attitude matter most
* Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; French is a bonus
* Hands-on, proactive, and target-oriented
* You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are comfortable being on the move
* You’re based in Belgium and have a valid driver’s license (B)
