Our client is a well-established yet human-sized company based in Luxembourg, managing a range of holding and SPV structures.
To strengthen its accounting team, the company is looking for a motivated SPV Accountant with 2-5 experience in Luxembourg holding entities and SPVs, who enjoys working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Your responsabilities :
As a SPV Accountant, you will :
* Handle the full accounting process from A to Z for several holding and SPV entities
* Prepare annual accounts, balance sheets, and financial statements
* Manage bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and cash flow monitoring
* Liaise with auditors, banks, and other service providers
* Prepare VAT returns and corporate tax files (with support if needed)
* Collaborate closely with management to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Your profile :
As a SPV Accountant, you have :
* Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
* Between 2 and 5 years of experience in accounting for SPVs or holding companies (fiduciary, PSF, or management company experience welcome)
* Strong understanding of Luxembourg GAAP
* Proficient with Bob 50 or Sage accounting software
* Fluent in English and French (both spoken and written)
* Hands-on, organized, and eager to take ownership in a small and friendly team
