We are currently looking for an ambitious Business Manager to join us in this incredible journey.
What is your role?
As a Business Manager, you will have several responsibilities where you will create and develop your unit to support our outstanding clients in their innovation projects.
In other words, you will be an entrepreneur whose first mission will be to grow a customer’s portfolio by analyzing their needs and building a team of engineers.
Business Management
* Identify opportunities to expand AYES activities, cultivate partnerships, and work on client acquisition strategies.
* Nurture strong relationships with your key prospects, understand their talent requirements, and collaborate with our recruitment team to provide tailored solutions;
* Identify opportunities to expand the client base, cultivate partnerships, and work on client acquisition strategies;
* Allocate resources effectively to meet projects’ task force, contribute to the hiring process, and ensure timely delivery;
* Negotiate conditions and manage sales contracts;
* Monitor clients’ satisfaction, organize regular follow-up meeting, and work on continuous improvement in service delivery;
* Be aware of the latest trends in our industry by attending relevant events.
Recruitment Management
* Contribute to the sourcing and hiring of high-quality candidates for key roles, through sourcing on recruitment platforms;
* Participate and lead candidate interviews;
* Recruit engineering and scientific profiles in line with AYES’ scope of expertise and strategy.
People Management
* Manage your business unit of consultants working on the customer’s premises by organizing regular follow-up meetings to set up the necessary support for them to grow professionally;
* Perform annual evaluation meetings in collaboration with the HR Team;
* Manage your P&L and optimize your projects’ margins by building customer loyalty.

Who are we looking for?
* You have a BSc or MSc degree, preferably in engineering, but also business management studies or equivalent are welcome;
* You have experienced being a consultant, preferably in an engineering and technology consulting firm;
* You are a native French and/or Dutch speaker, with an excellent level of English;
* You are eager to learn, curious, audacious, dynamic, and open-minded with excellent interpersonal skills.
