ABOUT THE JOB

We are a large company with a start-up spirit. We organize ourselves into expert knowledge Units that collaborate with each other.

ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?

We want you to be a part of our team, from Brussels, as a User Documentation and Training person.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

- Support ICT team in application build, integration and deployment

– both backend and client devices (mobile, PC)

- Support ICT team in system environment management and configuration- Support project team in system tests

- Monitor and analyse functioning of system on daily basis

- Monitor system performance and health

- Report and coordinate technical issues related to system environments

- Coordinate and communicate with system vendor/contractor regarding all technical issues on behalf of Frontex ICT

- Providing support to ICT staff and project teams in deployment of development environment in Azure

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

* Good knowledge (1 years or more) of workshops and training on the use of AI (e.g. prompting) in a corporate environment comparable to a Directorate-General of the European Commission
* Good knowledge (1 year or more) of projects related to the adoption of AI in a corporate environment in a corporate environment comparable to a Directorate-General of the European Commission
* Knowledge of AI prompt engineering
* Experience in organising user training and workshops
* Experience in generic IT support to end users in Office Automation (1 year or more)
* Knowledge in end user assistance for Digital/AI Solutions
* Good knowledge of presentation tools (e.g. PowerPoint)
* Good knowledge of MS-Office.

Moreover, preference will be given to candidates having in their CVs:

* Experience in maintaining websites and/or wikis
* Experience in implementing Data Protection
* Experience of IT Security (ISO 27001/NIST).
