WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?
* Create business architecture models reflecting the organization’s strategies and goals.
* Apply knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, developing and building models accordingly.
* Use enterprise architecture notations (e.g., BPM).
* Apply enterprise architecture tools (e.g., ARIS).
* Define and implement strategies under a CIO or equivalent.
* Combine multiple skills and experiences to solve business, information, and technology challenges.
* Apply enterprise architecture best practices and goals.
* Demonstrate leadership and conciliation skills.
* Facilitate group sessions and workshops.
* Promote and “sell” architectural approaches through presentations.
* Perform analysis and design, including modelling, graphical representations, and abstractions.
* Ensure knowledge of interoperability projects.
* Apply information extraction techniques, including big data sources.
* Work with UML or case tools.
* Use business process analysis tools.
* Apply in-depth knowledge of information systems and enterprise architecture.
* Command respect and foster a sense of community within project teams.
* Set priorities and adapt quickly to changes.
* Apply techniques for planning and monitoring projects.
* Develop and secure approvals for business cases.
* Apply project management methods (RUP, Agile).
* Work with workflow applications.
* Provide senior-level advice and credibility to project teams regarding program alignment.
* Integrate project and program strategies with business strategies, drivers, and priorities.
* Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance.
* Create and implement a business vision.
* Coordinate implementation of business and technical architecture requirements.
* Define and analyze business requirements.
* Prepare and maintain project and quality plans, tracking progress.
* Assist in defining internal methodologies and application lifecycle.
* Participate in functional working groups, progress meetings, and user meetings.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
* At least 5 years of experience with Identity Providers, Authentication and Authorisation systems.
* At least 5 years of experience in modelling Business Processes (using BPMN standard).
* At least 5 years of experience with Service Management tools (HP SMT, ServiceNow…).
* At least 5 years of experience with Project Management frameworks, including PRINCE2 and PM2.
* At least 5 years of experience with Application Management Lifecycle tools (Jira, RTC…)
* At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow (Technical implementation).
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
* Knowledge of enterprise architecture notations such as BPMN.
* Knowledge of enterprise architecture tools such as ARIS.
* Knowledge of Program Management framework.
* Knowledge and practical experience with Identity and Access Management systems
* Experienced in business analysis.
* Good knowledge of business process modelling.
* Practical experience with ServiceNow platform.
* Good knowledge of ServiceNow Architecture framework.
* Good understanding of ServiceNow application design.
* Good knowledge of ServiceNow Modules: ITSM, HRSD, SPM/APM and App Engine.
* Good knowledge of data analysis and data modelling.
* Ability to perform proof of concepts (PoC) efficiently and fast.
* Practical knowledge of project management standards and methodologies.
* Usage of project management tools.
* Good knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture.
* Practical experience in IT Operations and support services.
* Experience in authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, Open ID Connect).
* Experience with Identity Stores (LDAP, MS Active Directory…).
* Ability to apply high quality standards.
* Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application architecture and design.
* Good ability to participate in technical meetings and good communication skills in English and French

Any ServiceNow certificates would be considered as an asset.
