NEXEO is looking for – Business Relationship Manager (IT Production)
NEXEO is currently looking for a Business Relationship Manager for a mission based in Brussels, with a hybrid working setup (50% on-site / 50% remote).
We are seeking an experienced consultant to act as the key interface between IT Production and Business teams, ensuring service quality, project alignment, and strategic advisory within a complex IT environment.
Mission Overview
As a Business Relationship Manager, you will be the privileged point of contact for business stakeholders, managing both Run (operations) and Change (projects) activities.
You will ensure service performance, stakeholder alignment, and transparency, while promoting IT production strategy and guiding business teams on the use of IT services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact between IT Production and Business lines
* Ensure smooth operation of applications and infrastructure services
* Coordinate stakeholders to guarantee service quality and performance
* Provide regular communication and visibility to business stakeholders
* Manage and prioritize the IT project portfolio (Change & Run)
* Act as an ambassador of IT Production, promoting strategy and roadmap
* Advise business teams on IT products, services, and best practices
* Manage escalations and business issues (irritants)
* Ensure cost transparency and budget follow-up for IT services
* Define and monitor KPIs and performance indicators
Profile Required
* Bachelor or Master degree (or equivalent experience)
* Minimum 6 years of experience in IT, ideally in IT Production or Service Management
* Strong experience in Business / IT relationship management
* Experience in budget management and stakeholder management
Technical Skills
Mandatory:
* Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and production environments
* Knowledge of IT security and cybersecurity
* Experience with ITIL methodologies
* Understanding of resilience frameworks (DRP, BCP, High Availability)
* Experience in production operations management
* Ability to define and track performance KPIs
