Your Profile & DNA:
Seeking a DevOps Engineer with experience in monitoring, automation, and incident management to design, integrate, and optimize observability systems and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage monitoring solutions (Prometheus, SNMP, GCP, Kubernetes) for CNFs/VNFs
* Integrate alerting systems with external tools via REST APIs and automate workflows (alerting → ticketing)
* Develop automation scripts using Python/Go
* Define and manage incident workflows, escalation policies, and alert prioritization
* Perform gap analysis and drive POCs for new monitoring tools
* Work with Linux, Docker, and networking environments
* Maintain documentation and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
* Strong experience in monitoring/observability tools and REST integrations
* Proficiency in Python or Go
* Knowledge of Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and networking
* Good understanding of incident management and automation
