Job Description
We're looking for a versatile and service‑minded Operations & Customer Support Coordinator to strengthen a small, friendly team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and likes combining customer interaction with practical and administrative tasks.In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. Your tasks will include:
Handling incoming customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and general support
Managing the full return process: arranging pick‑ups, receiving and checking returned items, issuing credit notes, and coordinating internal follow‑up
Preparing and organizing materials needed for external or internal activities
Coordinating after‑sales service for products requiring repair: sending items to service partners, tracking progress, and ensuring timely return to customers
Supporting the team with various operational and administrative tasks
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Operations & Customer Support Coordinator Should Have
You are customer‑oriented, friendly, and comfortable communicating by phone
You speak Dutch fluently and have a very good command of French
You are organized, structured, and able to manage your time efficiently
You enjoy teamwork and are flexible and proactive
You have good knowledge of Word and Excel
