In order to strengthen the GEN BE Support Team we are looking for a Security Manager (H/M/X).
YOUR RESPONSABILITY as Security Manager
* Advisory and Monitoring: Provide binding advise management to sites on security issues, support implementation of new projects and upgrades, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Belgian Generation perimeter.
* Compliance and Alignment: Ensure action plans align with EU/Country legislation and Group Policies and Standards.
* Standards and Procedures: Establish and maintain security standards, procedures, and tools for risk analysis, incident management, and guarding.
* Coordination and Communication: Act as the main contact for the Brussels Control Center and coordinate physical security measures (badges, cameras, alarms, etc.).
* Protection and Awareness: Protect sensitive information by raising staff awareness and ensuring compliance with Group information classification.
Profile
* * Educational and Professional Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in law enforcement, military, private security, HSE or a strong interest in security with a commitment to training.
* Policy and Procedure Expertise: Ability to interpret, create, and update security policies and support local teams in implementation.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong technical background to develop and follow up on security projects and upgrades.
* Crisis Management and Coordination: Capable of working under pressure, managing crises, and coordinating with diverse teams and third-party subcontractors.
* Communication and Language Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, able to provide briefings, and proficient in Dutch or French with working knowledge of the other language and English.
Offer From € 5.500 to € 6.500 per month
