We're hiring a Sales Representative (Flanders) for a fast-growing international company focused on sustainability and innovation in agriculture and energy.

You'll be the driving force behind growth in your region, helping clients adopt impactful, future-ready solutions. No micromanagement—just clear goals, support, and autonomy.
What you’ll do:
* Build strong relationships with clients
* Convert leads into signed contracts through active prospecting
* Guide clients from first contact to final signature
* Represent the company at events and trade fairs
* Boost brand visibility through targeted local actions
* Report progress to the Sales Director, working with clear KPIs
What we’re looking for:
* You understand how farmers think and work
* Dutch-speaking (native) with basic English
* Strong commercial skills and 3+ years of sales experience
* Technical affinity is a big plus
* Proactive, hands-on mindset ("get-it-done" attitude)
