Field Service Engineer - Freelance - Belgium
My client is looking for an (interim/freelance) Field Service Engineer, where you'll be the 2nd line of contact for IT support across the organization, from day-to-day user questions to more complex incidents related to IT/OT systems.
Location: Belgium - 4 days per week (32 hours), fulltime on site
Language: Dutch & English mandatory
Start date: ASAP, latest October 1st
Duration: 4 - 5 months
Interviews: ASAP
Your Role
* Provide 2nd line of IT support for any technical issues: log, track, and resolve incidents.
* Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment/hardware/devices and other workstations.
* Support solving various problems, both IT and occasionally in OT field-related (application management, workstation/hardware management, and small-scale network & server management).
* Keep supporting the implementation of the IT maintenance.
Your Profile
* Relevant experience as an IT Service Engineer min. of 4 years.
* Experience in handling OT system is a plus.
* Familiar with ITIL, Active Directory, SCCM and ticketing tooling.
* Good knowledge of operating systems, server and network management.
* You are stress resistant.
* Strong communication (Dutch & English are a must) and problem-solving skills.
