We are currently hiring a Discipline Manager for our Belgium office.

* Plan and coordinate resources to oversee Design, Construction, Commissioning, and Qualification activities for projects of varying size and complexity
* Provide hands‑on support to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery
* Manage and lead a high-performance team, including all People Management activities within the department
* Analyze project stages to anticipate and address discipline-related risks promptly
* Develop and maintain strong internal and external client relationships to ensure project success and uphold Arcadis interests

Qualifications
