Beyond conventional security, you'll integrate security and compliance seamlessly across our business processes, making a meaningful impact on our global operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSecurity LeadershipLead security strategy and maintain security posture for one (or multiple) Worldline FS divisionsProvide regular security updates to management and coordinate division-wide security initiativesFoster a culture of continuous security improvement throughout the organizationCommunicate effectively with business stakeholders to implement security measures that protect assets while enabling business efficiencyCompliance & Regulatory ManagementNavigate complex regulatory frameworks including NBB regulations, GDPR, PCI DSS, DORA, and NIS2Coordinate regulatory and customer audits, ensuring identified risks are properly mitigatedPartner with compliance officers to develop and maintain an Information Security Management System (ISMS)Interpret and implement regulatory and card scheme mandates, translating requirements into actionable proceduresRisk & Incident ManagementConduct comprehensive security risk assessments and implement effective risk management strategiesLead incident response efforts, including assessment, coordination, containment, and recoveryWork closely with DevOps teams and second-line defence colleagues (security, risk, internal control)Review and align security policies across WL FS in response to evolving threats and technologiesCross-Functional CollaborationAlign security requirements with IT and business units to support organizational objectivesPartner with compliance, risk, and business continuity teams on regulatory implementationEngage with other teams to ensure security policies reflect the latest payment security regulationsWhat We're Looking ForWe seek forward-thinking security professionals who drive positive change, take initiative, and demonstrate a passion for learning and growth.
