• Conduct field prospecting across Nairobi
• Engage facility and property managers
• Present services and prepare quotations
• Negotiate and close monthly cleaning contracts
• Maintain client relationships and support retention
• Provide basic sales reporting

• Proven B2B sales experience in Kenya (cleaning, security or facility services preferred)
• Strong field sales profile
• Fluent in English and Kiswahili
• Autonomous and results-driven
