This role involves administrative coordination, customer service, and problem-solving to support students and families throughout their journey.If you are highly organized, thrive in a dynamic environment, and enjoy working with people from different backgrounds, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Your Responsibilities
1. Student & Parent Support – Assist students and parents with inquiries, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
2. Booking & Travel Coordination – Follow up on student bookings, handle flight proposals, and request school transfers.
3. Document Processing – Check and manage student documents (visa procedures, liability waivers, passports, etc.).
4. Payments & Invoicing – Request, process, and follow up on outstanding payments.
5. Case Management – Coordinate with EF schools worldwide to resolve student-related issues.
6. Event Support – Attend events to promote EF, including fairs and high school visits.
7. Administrative Tasks – Handle incoming calls, emails, and help manage the Help Desk.
Your Profile
8. Fluent in English, all additional languages are a plus!
9. Strong organizational and communication skills.
10. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
11. Proactive problem solver with a customer-first mindset.
12. Experience in customer service, administration, education, or travel is a plus!
