You will be working in a team that is responsible for implementing projects, coordinating with international customers, and ensuring timely project delivery. You will develop an in-depth understanding of our dialysis software solutions and collaborate closely with various teams to accelerate the international implementation of Nipro’s NephroFlow dialysis management software (NephroFlow Product Suite - Dialysis management software | Software for dialysis clinics)
What you’ll do
Implementation services (50%)
1. Onboard new customers: Co-create project plans and follow up
2. Coordinate technical tasks performed by specialists (server installation, testing of integrations)
3. Provide product training and technical advice to team members and end users
4. Support and work alongside local and regional product specialists during project deployments
5. Implement and validate workflows
6. Provide support and guidance before, during, and after go-live
Customer engagement (25%)
7. Visit centers using NephroFlow to evaluate user satisfaction
8. Provide training for software upgrades
9. Gather and analyze customer feedback for product enhancements
10. Join account managers in customer visits to upsell new software modules and features
11. Work with the marketing team to develop effective product marketing strategies
Pre-sales (25%)
12. Provide technical pre-sales support (product demonstrations, sales presentations, solution design)
13. Develop and exchange best practices with local product specialists, partner success team, and project managers
14. Monitor market trends and competitor products to inform product development and marketing strategies
15. Execute market and project analysis to understand market requirements
What you’ll need
16. Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
17. Proven experience as a Product Specialist, preferably in the healthcare software industry
18. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry
19. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, technical proficiency with software products, and the ability to work independently and responsibly
20. Strong drive, passion, dynamism, accountability, and willingness to make things happen
21. Fluent in English & French; Spanish is a strong asset
22. Willingness to travel internationally as required (50%)
