You'll be joining an energetic team of 15 communication professionals based in Brussels, and more than 400 across the WMH Project Group.

YOUR ROLE
As Digital Project Manager, you'll lead the rollout of communication campaigns (mostly digital) for a range of clients. You'll manage the full lifecycle of these projects, from strategy and planning to execution and reporting.
Your responsibilities include:
* Coordinating digital projects with a focus on
web management, SEO, Google Ads, and social media ads (Meta, LinkedIn).
* Acting as a bridge between clients and our in-house teams (creative, web, content, etc.)
* Writing and translating short-form content (posts, newsletters, web copy...)
* Working with designers, webmasters and video producers to deliver high-quality digital outputs
* Supporting clients with digital media strategies and campaign execution
* Preparing and leading client presentations and project meetings, both in-person and online
* Managing budgets, timelines, KPIs, and reporting results
* Leading internal and external teams with clarity and purpose
You don't need to be an expert in all things digital, but you do need to understand how the pieces fit together and how to brief and coordinate the right people.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* 3+ years of experience in digital communication and project management
* A solid understanding of web, search, and social advertising platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads
* Basic knowledge of SEO, including on-page optimisation, keyword strategy, and content structure * Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Clear communicator, able to translate complex ideas simply
* A team player with client-facing experience and a solution-oriented, flexible mindset
* Trilingual C level (Dutch, French and English)
* You enjoy taking full ownership of a project, from strategy to execution, and driving it from A to Z
* Experience with tools such as Meta Ads Manager and Looker Studio
* Knowledge of the following tools is a plus: Jira, Figma, Keyword research tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner)
