Customer Service Specialist
About the Job:
* We are seeking a highly skilled and organized customer service professional to join our team.
* The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with emphasis on telephone skills.
* Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and ability to build strong partnerships between internal and external organizations are essential.
Responsibilities:
1. Issue quotes and orders for new and existing customers into ERP system, manage delivery according to customer demand together with Return of Goods with Logistic Department.
2. Set up new accounts into ERP system and maintain the Customer Database.
3. Manage the Customer Relation Management System based on Lotus Notes.
4. Manage information on customer portals and EDI transactions to meet customer demands.
5. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
6. Work closely with Service Departments: Logistics, Finance, Accounting, and Controlling to integrate seamlessly new and ongoing business.
7. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies.
8. Implement and monitor order processing channels and stock requirements.
9. Review pricing with sales and reconcile pricing issues as necessary.
10. Promptly address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 3 years Bachelor degree and 3 years of Customer Service experience or 4 years of College degree with 2 years of Customer Service Experience.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet skills.
* SAP system or other large scale complex ERP system and CRM –system (Lotus Notes) experience is an advantage.
* Language skills: English, Dutch, French both written and verbal.
* Marketing skills and Service/Marketing/Sales Account Management experience with an emphasis on Business to Business is beneficial.
