The Fire Resistance department at Warringtonfire in Tisselt is seeking a Testing Team Leader who, together with their team, will test how long building elements such as doors and walls can withstand fire. Then you might be our new colleague ResponsibilitiesWhat are your responsibilities as Team Lead of our lab in Tisselt? You are the first point of contact for your team members (currently 5 FTE), coach them, ensure technical training, and conduct annual performance reviews You communicate directly with clients regarding the fire tests to be performed You plan and prepare test setups to carry out fire resistance tests You check drawings to ensure they meet the requirements of the standards You perform (complex) tests yourself and/or are closely involved in the execution by team members You process all observations and results into a report and, after a thorough onboarding period, review reports from colleagues You are responsible for maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues You ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with our dynamic quality system and ISO 17025 standards Skills / QualificationsDoes this role spark your interest?
