Project Manager (freelance/independent consultant)
with strong expertise in
Supply Chain, S&OP, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
for a strategic transformation program.
Key Responsibilities Co-lead the design and deployment of a standardized
Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
process across global, regional, and local levels Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including
Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales Drive alignment between strategic, tactical, and operational planning processes Support and lead the digitalization of the IBP framework (process harmonization, system enablement, performance tracking) Ensure effective governance, change management, and stakeholder engagement Monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverables Facilitate executive-level discussions and decision-making forums
Profile & Qualifications Proven experience as a
Project Manager Strong background in
Supply Chain planning, S&OP, and IBP transformation programs Strong stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments Experience with digital transformation initiatives within planning processes Ability to operate in complex, matrix organizations Excellent communication and facilitation skills
