Key Responsibilities Fleet Registration, Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of vehicle registrations, insurance, and inspections in line with Belgian regulations and Hertz standards. Vehicle Lifecycle Management: Assist in tracking fleet movements, including acquisitions, transfers, and disposals, ensuring timely updates in internal systems. Vendor & Partner Coordination: Liaise with dealerships, maintenance providers, and internal teams to schedule services, repairs, and vehicle deliveries. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on fleet status, utilization, and cost metrics for management review. Administrative Support: Handle invoicing, purchase orders, and documentation related to fleet operations. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or related field. Experience: 2 years in fleet administration, automotive operations, or logistics.
