Our customer is an international distributor in the polymer and plastic industry, providing specialized solutions for sectors such as automotive, electrical & electronics, appliances, packaging, healthcare, household and industrial applications. For their Benelux subsidiary, we are looking for an experienced and driven:
Sales Manager – Engineering Plastics
Reporting to the Sales Director Benelux, you will be responsible for developing business in Belgium and The Netherlands within the plastics and polymer industry.
Amongst your responsibilities we highlight:
* Sales Development: Manage and grow profitable sales within your assigned territory.
* Technical & Commercial Support: Provide expert advice and solutions to customers.
* Client management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand the client base.
* Collaboration: work closely with the international team to ensure alignment with sales strategies.
* Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities.
What we are looking for:
* Technical education in a related field.
* Solid experience in sales of polymers, additives, or compounds to the industry.
* Proactive, results-oriented, and enthusiastic about new business development.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Willingness to travel across Belgium and The Netherlands.
* Fluency in Dutch and English, good command of French.
* This is a home-office based role.
