Role Overview
As a Deviseur within our Building Projects Electricity division in Brussels, you will be involved in exciting projects supervising electrical installations in medium and low voltage, as well as safety systems for clients in the tertiary sector (hospitals, offices, retirement homes, etc.).
Responsibilities
* Analyze and manage tender files and pre-projects.
* Study specifications and assess the validity of dossiers.
* Perform calculations, measurements, and prepare quantity schedules.
* Consult and negotiate with suppliers.
* Evaluate options and prepare comparative studies.
* Ensure compliance of proposed solutions and communicate with the design office when in doubt.
* Maintain regular and effective communication with clients to meet their needs.
What Makes You a Great SPIE Deviseur?
* Significant experience in a similar role with good knowledge of the tertiary sector; Bachelor's degree in electricity.
* Reliability, flexibility, and autonomy.
* Proficiency with IT tools, especially the Office suite.

* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Bilingual Dutch/French is a plus.
