We are seeking a highly skilled Service Centre Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the quality checks of mobile water equipment and managing a small team of Production Operators.

As a Service Centre Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving the highest standards of safety and quality in all tasks, managing daily operations, and coordinating with central planning teams.

* Lead a growing team of Production Operators tasked with Quality Checking and maintenance of mobile water units.
* Manage day-to-day Quality Check operations and schedule to meet production deadlines.
* Coordinate with central planning teams to set overall production schedules.
* Carry out maintenance and repairs to mobile water units and fixed QC equipment.
* Work on producing and integrating procedures to match other European Service Centres.
* Prompt housekeeping and continuous improvement in the Service Centre.
* Coordinate with existing onsite teams for actions such as forklift movements and movement of large mobile water units.
* Keep track of spare parts.
* Occasionally lead commissioning/final testing of newly built mobile water assets, requiring additional troubleshooting.
* Complete 100% online training and participate in external training required.
* Manage EHS compliance calendar tasks.
* Use Veolia Safety tools to track concerns, housekeeping actions, and regulatory tasks.
* Have high involvement in department housekeeping.
* Be involved in one or more elements of the EHS Framework.
* Participate in internal training for other types of equipment.
* Improve electrical consumption and efficiency of the plant to achieve maximum cost savings.
* Maintain electrical and control systems in containers, trailers, and skids.
* Assist in developing plant modification and improvement work.
* Maintain accurate maintenance records.
* Maintain integrity of work rules and processes.
* Participate in trainings and team meetings, suggesting possible improvements.
* Supervise and direct onsite contractors when required.
