PURPOSE OF THE JOB
1. In charge of Eco design for tenders & projects
2. Feed the Environmental Management System (ISO14001) with eco design input and activities
3. Manage & improve environmental performance of products
4. Contribute to Ecodesign R&D and to expertise continuous improvement

Responsibilities
Environmental Management System – ISO14001:
18. Propose Ecodesign yearly commitment and work plan
19. Propose and follow eco design dashboard for solutions/products
20. Contribute to EMS and its processes.
21. Realise compliance assessment
Ecodesign Referential : Deploy and apply eco design referential in T&P, R&D, Expertise activities
T&P main missions
22. Ensure Ecodesign expertise for local platform, subsystems, tenders and projects
23. Perform Ecodesign activities on tenders (contractual and legal requirements analysis and positioning)
24. Prepare Ecodesign management plan and specifications (train, compo or signalling level)
25. Participate to design (train, compo or signalling level) in order to insure achievement of eco design commitments
26. (Participate to relevant DR and GR meeting, propose corrective actions and risk mitigation plan)
27. Realise and update Eco design studies until delivery of the last train
28. Implement relevant Eco design R&D and CCN results in projects
R&D main missions (if assigned to R&D missions)
29. Propose, lead and manage R&D actions in the context of product improvement and/or methodologies for Ecodesign within QCD commitment.
30. Develop innovative methodologies to be applied as a standard in the design process of products and solutions.
Expertise continuous improvement main missions
Propose & Support Eco design managers and CCN leader for updating and developing ecodesign referential Propose & Support Ecodesignreferent and CCN leader with continuous REX to improve the relevant methodologies
31. Report to Ecodesign Managers and CCN leader burning issues (technical or methodological)
32. Ensure training & awareness actions to non-Eco design people and/or to Ecodesign engineer

39. English conversational/writing/reading advanced level mandatory
40. French conversational/reading advanced level is preferred
