To support our exciting growth journey, we are looking for a
Sales Development Representative
. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, qualifying, and generating sales opportunities for our sales teams. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will be responsible for contacting prospects via phone calls, emails, or social media to understand their needs and generate interest in the company's products.
Your role
* Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure their fit with our offer.
* Serve as the first point of contact for leads, ensuring a prompt and professional response.
* Assign qualified leads to sales teams, providing all necessary information to facilitate outreach.
* Utilize and update our CRM system for accurate tracking of prospect interactions.
* Align regularly with marketing and sales teams to review campaign performance and optimization strategies.
* Collaborate with the Marketing team to support inbound and outbound prospecting initiatives.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of lead generation and qualification processes.
Your profile
* Proven experience in an SDR role or similar, with a strong commercial component.
* Good understanding of the B2B market and digital marketing.
* Proficiency in both Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is required
.
* Experience with CRM platforms.
* Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented.
* Ability to work collaboratively and build rapport with cross-functional teams.
