As a trusted partner to the business, you play a key role in shaping and executing the people strategy across our Belgian operations. Working closely with managers and teams, you ensure that HR initiatives truly support business ambitions while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
You'll provide advice and hands-on support in areas such as On/Offboarding, recruitment and selection, payroll and comp&ben, talent management, and employee engagement, always with an eye on continuous improvement and impact.
Talent, Performance & DevelopmentYou contribute to attracting, integrating, and retaining key talent within the organization.
You advise and support managers in performance reviews, career development discussions, and succession planning.
Your goal: to create the right environment for people to grow, stay motivated, and perform at their best.
Compensation, Benefits & PayrollYou oversee payroll and benefits processes in collaboration with external partners and in collaboration with your HR colleagues.
You ensure accuracy, compliance with Belgian regulations, and a smooth experience for all employees.
You also monitor market practices and provide input on salary reviews and total rewards strategies.
HR Projects Beyond daily operations, you take part in broader HR initiatives, from process optimization and change management to engagement programs and update of work regulations or HR policies.
You act as a bridge between global HR policies and local realities, ensuring that each project resonates with our Belgian teams and context.
* You hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience
* You can demonstrate more than 4 years of experience in a generalist HR role
* You have proven experience in payroll and/or Comp&Ben combined to a good knowledge of the Belgian social legislation and are willing to develop yourself in the broader spectrum of HR
* You ideally have experience working with in a technical environment
* You have a hands-on attitude and enjoy working close to the business
* You are fluent in Dutch and English
