As a Projectmanager, you will: Carry full responsibility for your project from A to Z; Be the SPOC for your client: analysing the project, offering targeted solutions, and maintaining contact throughout execution; Prepare quotations and close contracts; Draw up the budget and order all required materials; Coach, supervise, and motivate your team on site; Monitor deadlines, quality, safety, and costs; Prepare progress reports and post-calculations; Ensure proper project handover; Report directly to the CEO. You hold a technical degree or have equivalent experience; You have a genuine technical interest; You have experience in project management and leading teams; Ideally, you have experience with construction sites in the Port of Antwerp (petrochemical and chemical sector); Knowledge of industrial painting is a plus; You are a strong communicator, a people manager, and able to motivate your team; Safety, quality awareness, and customer satisfaction are part of your DNA; You have a good professional knowledge of the Dutch and English language (knowledge of French is an advantage).
