Our client is a leading automotive R&D organization driving the transition toward electrified and connected mobility. Within the Powertrain Division, this role contributes to the exploration and evaluation of next-generation power electronics technologies that will shape future electrified vehicles in Europe.
Vos Responsabilités:
* Conduct technology scouting through scientific literature, patents, and industry sources
* Identify and analyze emerging trends in power electronics and electrified powertrains
* Build technical roadmaps and visualize technology evolution through charts and reports
* Participate in power electronics conferences and summarize key technical insights
* Collaborate with suppliers and industrial partners to evaluate new technologies
* Organize and participate in benchmarking activities for innovative components
* Perform simulations and modelling of power electronics systems
* Evaluate performance of key components such as onboard chargers, DC/DC converters, and inverters
* Assess efficiency, performance, and feasibility of next-generation solutions.
Votre Profil:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
* Strong interest in automotive powertrains and electrified mobility
* Good understanding of power electronics systems (converters, inverters, DC/DC)
* Experience with simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink) is a plus
* Strong analytical mindset and ability to synthesize technical information
* Comfortable working with technical literature and data analysis
* Fluent in English (working language)
* Open-minded, autonomous, and able to work in a multicultural environment
