Technical Support/Application Specialist

Your tasks
- P
re- and after-sales support for customers, sales partners, dealers and Topcon employees for the areas of surveying, such as Scanning, Mass Data, GNSS and Total stations.
- Phone and remote desktop support and directly on the construction site.
- Carrying out training courses and briefings for end users, dealers and Topcon employees.
- Other tasks within the scope of support.
- Area of operation: Belgium and Luxembourg.
Your qualifications
- Completed professional training or degree in surveying or construction, and/or similar qualifications or several years of construction site experience.
- Professional work experience is an advantage.
- Technical understanding.
- Team player.
- Analytical, goal-orientated way of working.
- Confident handling of computers and software.
- Good in
Dutch, English and French language
( verbal & written)
- Class B driving license.
