Identity and Access Management Consultant
This role involves defining the IAM strategy and vision in alignment with the overall business, IT strategy, and regulatory standards. You will work with client management to assess, design, and implement sustainable solutions, operating processes, and people models to address key and evolving identity and access-related risks.
Detailed Responsibilities:
* You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive IAM strategy, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
* Articulate the risks associated with governing digital identities and communicate findings to relevant personnel.
* Analyze existing processes, documentation, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
* Develop and implement identity and access management procedures and processes that align with industry best practices.
* Collaborate with clients to analyze IAM capabilities, playbooks, and documentation, identifying opportunities for sustainable improvements.
* Implement technical solution designs covering all aspects of IAM, utilizing leading products and technologies such as SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft, and CyberArk.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of professional experience in the IAM field, supporting services underneath.
* A no-nonsense approach when participating in internal or external conversations.
* Open and honest about successes and failures, with a willingness to learn from experiences.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, enjoying working on projects end-to-end.
* Fluency in English and either Dutch or French.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, leadership, and presentation skills.
* Professional certifications such as CISSP or CISM, or working knowledge of relevant technologies, are highly valued.
* Familiarity with security concepts and technologies in the wider Identity and Access Management space (Logical Access Controls, LDAP, RBAC, Authentication Solutions, PKI Concepts, etc.).
