Customer Service RepresentativeWe are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in the BeNeLux region.About the RoleYou will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.In close collaboration with the field sales team, you will drive customer acquisition and long-term relationship management.You will be responsible for product consultation, order processing, complaints management, and customer data maintenance.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert product knowledge and guidance to customers to ensure their needs are met.Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.Maintain up-to-date customer records and data in our CRM system.Work closely with the field sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for growth.RequirementsA commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification is required.Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a manufacturing company, is essential.You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Dutch/Flemish and French, and good English language skills.Familiarity with MS Office, SAP, and CRM systems is also required.BenefitsCompetitive salary range: € 2,650 - € 3,400 per month.A secure workplace with a permanent position in a family-run company.Ongoing professional development opportunities, including language courses and training.A dynamic work environment with flexible working hours and a laptop provided.
