Responsibilities:
Respond to customer emails and inquiries
Update order and shipping records
Help resolve delivery-related issues
Follow service workflows and scripts
Log support activity accurately
Escalate complex requests when needed
Requirements:
No support experience required
Strong written communication
Basic computer and typing skills
Detail-oriented and dependable
Fluent in English
Must reside in Puerto Rico
