As a supply Chain Business Partner within our cinema business unit at Barco, you will act as a link between product teams, procurement, planning, service and operations, ensuring smooth coordination across the supply chain. The role focuses on data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and supporting product lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities
* Cross-functional coordination
Work closely with product management, procurement, planning, service and operations teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
* Data collection & analysis
Gather and analyze data on lead times, inventory levels, delivery schedules, and supply chain KPIs to monitor performance.
* Product lifecycle support
Track and follow up on supply chain actions related to product launches, changes, last time buys and end-of-life transitions.
* Documentation & reporting
Maintain accurate records of supply chain processes, timelines, last time buys, and supplier communications.
* Continuous improvement
Participate in initiatives to optimize processes and improve efficiency across the supply chain.
* Demand & supply planning support
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to validate inputs for planning activities.
* ERP & systems usage
Learn and use ERP tools (e.g., SAP S4) and other supply chain systems (SAP APO, Microsoft Office Excel, Jira) to support operational processes.
Profile Requirements
* Education: degree in Economics, Business Engineering, or related field.
* Skills:
o Strong affinity with data management
o Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP experience preferred).
o Analytical mindset and structured.
o Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
o Skilled at building consensus and fostering collaboration
o Comfortable with uncertainty and focusing on priorities over details
o Resilient and adaptable in a fast-changing environment; able to decide quickly under pressure
* Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Location: Typically based in Kortrijk office (3 days/week)
