Job Description
Keyrus Life Science is looking on a regular basis for Medical Affairs Consultants to join our consulting team for clients' projects (from big pharma to small biotech) based in Belgium.

Your Potential Challenges Could Be
1. Develop and maintain the highest scientific and medical expertise in different therapeutic fields, especially in areas affecting the company.
2. Implement current local pharmaceutical regulations in conjunction with Regulatory Affairs and ensure adherence to company policies.
3. Attend national and international meetings and congresses for education and scientific exchange.
4. Support the development and implementation of local Medical Affairs Plans and strategies.
5. Provide accurate scientific information to decision makers and healthcare providers.
6. Identify and address staff training needs; conduct medical leadership training for teams.
7. Coordinate responses to Medical Information inquiries, ensuring compliance with regulations.
8. Identify and engage with Key Opinion Leaders and other stakeholders.
9. Support evaluation of new indications, patient pathways, and disease management strategies.
10. Assist in clinical study feasibility and management of clinical trials and disease registries.
11. Ensure publication activities follow SOPs and are effectively managed and communicated.
12. Maintain data dissemination plans and ensure timely publication of research findings.
13. Update and report on scientific publication activities regularly.
14. Participate in regulatory document submissions as needed.
Profile
* Relevant scientific degree (MD, PhD, or PharmaD).
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical fields.
* Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are advantageous.
* Experience in Medical Affairs is essential.
* Proven relationship-building skills in the industry.
* Ability to present complex scientific data clearly.
* Experience working in matrix organizations or virtual teams is a plus.
* Strong multitasking, project management, and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency with MS Office.
